INTRODUCTION: On behalf of our client, a global healthcare group in Bern, albedis is looking for a hands-on and service-oriented IT Support Engineer (m/w/d)to strengthen their Digital Services team.ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION: Provide 1st-level support for hardware, software, and network issuesSet up and maintain IT equipment (laptops, mobile devices, printers, VC systems)Assist users and resolve technical issues promptlyMonitor IT systems and ensure compliance with internal IT security standardsManage software, hardware inventory, licenses, and service desk ticketsSupport Microsoft 365 adoption and usage (Outlook, Teams, Share Point, etc.)Collaborate with external IT providers and internal teamsParticipate in IT operations, security tasks, and ad-hoc projectsREQUIRED PROFILE: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience in IT support or workplace operationsStrong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365; experience with Azure and Intune a plusGood understanding of IT security, compliance, and service management (ITIL is a plus)Proactive, structured, and user-focused approach to problem-solvingFluent in English (German is a plus)Comfortable in a multicultural, collaborative, and agile work environmentWhat`s offeredA dynamic, international workplace in BernOpportunities to contribute to digital transformation in a growing teamClose collaboration with IT and business stakeholdersNo travel required
