About the Role As a Store Manager at JOE & THE JUICE, you take full responsibility for the operation and development of your store. You ensure excellent service, a motivated team, and an inspiring company culture. You will work closely with the Market Management team to create a positive work environment, ensure operational excellence, and represent the brand image of JOE & THE JUICE. Oversee the smooth operation and profitability of the store. Lead, motivate, and develop your team to enhance individual and collective performance. Ensure exceptional customer experiences and adherence to brand standards. Recruit and onboard new team members in collaboration with the Market Management team. Continuously analyze store performance and implement improvement measures. Oversight of all purchasing, logistics, and disposal processes, as well as operational performance Efficiently plan and manage operational processes (e.g., scheduling, inventory management). Foster a positive and productive company culture. Meal discounts during work hours. Global discounts at all JOE & THE JUICE stores. Various discounts through collaborations: PureGym (15%), Snipes (30%), Brands for Employees, etc. Autonomy in managing work hours and location (no home office).
