Short Description Due to the retirement, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated IT professional to join our IT Support team in Zizers. If you have a passion for troubleshooting, strong communication skills and a desire to provide excellent IT support, we want to hear from you. Main Responsibilities Ensure first-level support for users via phone, email, and on-site for software and hardware issues. Install and set up hardware for end-users. Document and track all support requests in our ticketing system. Maintain and update user documentation and the knowledge base. Provide support for internal training courses and events. Collaborate on internal IT projects as needed. Occasional travel to support our offices in Zurich and Davos. Main Requirements At least 5 years of experience in a technical support role in IT. Diploma in IT Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client OS, M365 E5, and iOS/MacOS. User-oriented and service-minded approach. Experience with Atlassian Tools is a plus Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good written and spoken proficiency in English and German is a must. Willingness to travel, primarily within Switzerland (Zizers/Zürich/Davos).
