We are seeking a results-driven Partner & Customer Engagement Manager to strengthen our distributor network and drive customer engagement across the EMEA region.
This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, effective communication skills, and the ability to develop relationships that drive long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with distributors to enhance their sales efforts, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed and drive new opportunities.
* Conduct joint customer visits to reinforce LinMot's presence, strengthen customer confidence, and drive project success.
* Engage directly with customers, building relationships and guiding discussions on various topics, from technical challenges to application needs.
* Understand customer needs, steering discussions to uncover real challenges and propose tailored solutions.
* Gather market and customer insights to provide valuable feedback to sales, marketing, and product management, refining offerings and strategies.
* Foster strong communication between LinMot and its distribution partners, ensuring alignment and resolving challenges efficiently.
* Drive continuous improvement by working closely with distributors and internal teams to optimize customer engagement and market success.
Requirements
* Experience in sales and distribution management, ideally in industrial automation or related technical industries.
* A strong relationship builder, comfortable engaging with both distributors and end customers.
* Proactive and adaptable, with the confidence to navigate diverse business situations professionally.
* Technically inclined and solution-oriented, capable of understanding product applications and guiding customers effectively.
* Independent and self-motivated, able to take initiative and deliver results without constant oversight.
* Willingness to travel frequently (40%) within EMEA to engage with distributors and customers.
