Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will demonstrate a keen focus on outcomes-based and value-add marketing strategies to join our team. This role is dedicated to selling our digital product portfolio, requiring a professional who can identify and leverage strategies that drive tangible results and demonstrate clear value to our clients. Also, you will have the opportunity to drive and implement marketing activities for the assigned market segments in line with the agreed strategy. Each day, you will conduct market analyses using available marketing tools for existing and potential products, systems, and/or services for assigned markets. You will showcase your expertise by creating end-user acceptance and specification offerings tailored to the target segments while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and continuously monitoring segment performance.
The role is open globally, but location is set in ABB offices across Europe region with a preference for Finland (Helsinki), Germany (Manheim), Italy (Sesto San Giovanni), Spain (Madrid) and Switzerland (Baden),. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid.
You will be mainly accountable for:
* Developing and implementing marketing strategies that focus on outcomes and value creation for our customers
* Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities to enhance the visibility and sales of our digi-tal product portfolio.
* Executing annual marketing plan in collaboration with division and product groups.
* Developing business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market, indus-try and/or customer segment
* Collaborating to create persuasive content that communicates benefits and value of our digital products
* Coordinating market analyses with the product and sales team, to define plans related to prod-uct marketing.
* Evaluating and shares customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
* Overseeing the sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to the Sales team(s).
* Driveing sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training (both technical and sales) to each salesperson.
* Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications for the role
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* 7-10 years of experience in marketing digital and cloud based portfolio of products.
* Proven track record in business growth and profitability through implementing successful mar-keting strategies thus reaching desired customer outcomes and value creation.
* Experience in B2B marketing is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
