Aufgaben
* Provide both functional (matrix) and personnel leadership, collaborating closely with EI&C team leaders and heads of contracting across various divisions (6 direct reports, approximately 50 employees in total).
* Develop, manage, and implement strategies, processes, and tools in alignment with group and divisional objectives.
* Enhance global collaboration with the Global Support Center in India.
* Oversee global competence, knowledge, and capacity management within the EI&C discipline, supported by regional teams and other global functions.
* Ensure timely delivery and quality of deliverables for special projects.
* Manage costs and adhere to allocated budgets for specific projects.
* Continuously monitor and optimize engineering KPIs in close collaboration with the global Project Management Office.
* Support sales and application engineering during the proposal phase on EI&C-related topics.
* Assist in evaluating potential new suppliers in partnership with supply chain management and the quality department.
* Organize and conduct regular EI&C events.
Profil
* Master's or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
* At least 10 years of international experience in a similar industry (capital goods).
* Proven track record in managing international engineering teams.
* Experience in leadership within matrix organizations.
* Fluency in English and German.
* Team-oriented with a passion for customer satisfaction.
* Flexible and positive attitude, capable of engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
