Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced SOC Design Manager to lead the end-to-end design, set-up, micro-architecture definition, and RTL design of digital-analog-mixed signal (AMS) chip development projects.
As SOC Design Manager, you will oversee a team of skilled engineers responsible for delivering full-chip designs to fabrication plants. Your expertise in ASIC and FPGA design, as well as experience with Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL, and IP design, is crucial for success in this role.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronics, microelectronics, physics, or related field
* 10-15+ years of experience in full-chip design delivery
* Tech lead/team leadership/experience managing multi-functional teams
* Digital/AMS, analog-mixed-signal IP, chips, and SOCs
* ADC/DAC - digital-analog interfaces
* Functional verification - system verilog - IP, system, sub-system, block, top-level experience
* Creation of test-benches
* Detailed knowledge of complex tape-out processes and interactions with fabrication plants
* Full digital design flow from RTL2GDS
* SOC design, integration, system design, system architecture
* Power management/PMIC/ultra-low power/optimization & performance
* Synthesis/HLS/STA
* Physical implementation/physical design
* Understanding of software/firmware/embedded requirements

* PLL/filter design

* DSP/signal processing
* Flash memory-DDR/HBM/high-bandwidth memory/cache coherency

This position is available to senior-level digital/AMS design managers with SOC design, delivery, and management experience. EU working rights are mandatory.
