Ecolab seeks a Distribution Sales Development Manager to grow our Institutional business, offering comprehensive chemical products and solutions for foodservice and hospitality industries.
You will serve as Ecolab's face, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.

Responsibilities:
* Increase Ecolab Institutional market share.
* Build relationships with distributor representatives and customers.
* Develop and execute business plans for assigned distributors.
* Win new accounts and generate new sales within a specific geographic area.
* Introduce new products and enhance distributor sales capabilities.
* Identify competitive sales targets and facilitate cross-divisional sales opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* 4 years of outside sales experience.
* Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous sales development experience in Institutional markets.
* Solid understanding of Ecolab products, services, and systems.
* Results-oriented with strong track record in B2B selling roles.
* Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional negotiation skills and passion to deliver client expectations.
