Job Title: HR Business Partner
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to work closely with the head of HR and business leaders to support strategic and operational HR topics throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* HR Consulting and Coaching: Provide expert guidance on labor law, change management, performance management, and employee engagement to employees and managers in the entity.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Connect HR activities with business priorities and support managers in their decision-making processes using HR data.
* Annual Processes: Coordinate annual salary reviews, bonus processes, and performance evaluations.
* Recruitment and Employer Branding: Drive recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers and develop employer branding strategies for the entity in conjunction with marketing and communications teams.
* HR Master Data and Administration: Manage HR master data as a key user for SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central module) and oversee HR administration across the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
* HR Projects and Policy Development: Lead HR projects, such as implementing new modules in SAP SuccessFactors, and develop and maintain HR policies and processes.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
* Customer-focused open personality with ownership for performance and shared commitment.
* Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, psychology, human resources, labor law, or related field.
* Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in a HR-related role with a strong business focus, preferably in the engineering or automotive industry.
