About the Role
This position plays a vital part in driving business growth and achieving targets for new signalling projects and order intake awards.
* Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive business growth and achieve targets.
* Negotiate offers for new projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
* Conduct market research to identify opportunities and create strategic plans.
* Manage and report on offer status, project risks, and transparency.
Your Contributions
* Possess an academic degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Engineering, or related disciplines.
* Hold at least 10 years of experience in the Railway industry.
* Demonstrate expertise in digital technologies & services applicable to signaling offers.
* Display exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Be available to travel worldwide (30-50%).
* Fluent in English is key; additional languages beneficial.
