Student Assistant for Communication and Marketing Activities
The Center of Sustainable Future Mobility (CSFM) promotes research for a sustainable transportation system from an environmental, social, and economic perspective.
Community building and outreach are key to the center's operations, requiring tailored communication materials for various audiences and channels.
About the Position
We seek a proactive team member to support the managing director in developing marketing and communication activities.
Responsibilities
* Support online, social media, and marketing activities.
* Assist with print materials such as reports, presentations, and brochures.
* Maintain the webpage and improve its content.
* Manage contact databases and conduct desktop research as needed.
* Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on experience and initiative.
Requirements
* Pursuing studies at a Swiss university.
* Experience in website administration and social media, with strong teamwork skills.
* Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), desktop publishing software like Adobe InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, and LaTeX.
* Fluent English and German language skills, with experience in editing texts.
* A flair for effective written communication and marketing, with graphic design skills.
