Responsibilities:
1. You will take over the purchasing as well as the sales administration including the quotation process.
2. You will also place new frame orders as agreed and issue call-off orders.
3. You are also responsible for monitoring the origin declarations of suppliers in consultation with the purchasing management.
4. Additionally, you will be responsible for the booking of incoming goods and monitoring the agreed delivery dates.
5. Furthermore, the control of supplier invoices and delivery notes also belongs to your interesting area of activity.
6. The workload can, depending on your wish, range between 60 and 100%.
Requirements:
1. You have a qualification as a businesswoman/businessman or equivalent.
2. In addition, you bring purchasing experience and proficient MS Office skills.
3. English language skills are required, and French language skills are desirable.
