Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dispensing Optician to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with customers to provide exceptional service and meet their eyewear needs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Taking and recording measurements, adjusting and fitting eyewear with precision and accuracy.
* Cross-checking finished eyewear against our optical standards, customer requirements, and requests.
* Explaining prescription terminology and product offerings to customers in a clear and concise manner.
* Collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and implement best practices for sales and customer service.
* Representing our brand to educate others about our values and mission.
Requirements:
* A licensed dispensing optician (or an ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states).
* A passion for the eyewear and retail industries.
* A strong ability to communicate complex technical terms in a clear and professional manner.
