Job Description: Spa Employee
This is a seasonal position expected to last from June 1st, 2025, to September or October. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Guest Reception and Care: Provide exceptional customer service to international guests at the swimming pool, serving as their primary point of contact.
* Safety and Hygiene Management: Ensure adherence to strict swimming pool regulations and perform daily cleaning tasks throughout the entire pool area, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Smooth SPA Operations: Coordinate towel refills, soap dispensers, and beverages to maintain impeccable standards.
* Working Hours: The position requires a flexible schedule, with working hours from Tuesday to Sunday, 16.00 to 20.00 hours, with a 50% work percentage.
Requirements:
* Experience: Practical experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality or wellness sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of guest needs and expectations.
* Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory, with any additional language skills being considered an asset.
* Service Orientation: Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of guest needs are essential for success in this role.
