Responsibilities: Independently advising and supporting the operating divisions in all construction law matters as part of interdisciplinary cooperation with other staff units Comprehensive legal support for construction projects Drafting and reviewing contracts (in particular real estate purchase contracts, contracts for work and services, project development contracts, rental contracts, property law contracts, orders)Independently handling legal cases in construction and public procurement law Independently conducting contract and settlement negotiations Representing the company before state courts and authorities Managing external lawyers Additional tasks: Regulatory / Compliance Advisory functions Your Profile: Completed university studies in Switzerland (lic. iur. / MLaw) with Swiss license to practice law4-6 years of professional experience as a lawyer and/or legal counsel, preferably with experience in construction law and real-estate law Assertiveness and negotiating skills Strong communication and team skills Quick grasp of complex issues, a high degree of pragmatism, solution orientation, and the ability to communicate possible solutions briefly and comprehensibly to non-lawyers Independent, speedy, and careful way of working High level of commitment and ability to work under pressure Fluent in French and English; proficiency in German is a plus Eager to make a significant impact?Apply now and become part of a team that shapes the future of construction.
