Technical Product Developer for Clothing Men Casual & Womenswear
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the technical series maturity and on-time production within the Clothing Men Casual & Womenswear product division as part of product development.
This involves creating and enforcing our quality standards with international producers, ensuring high-quality products are manufactured to the highest standards, and developing the manufacturing process further.
You will communicate quality requirements to producers, initiate quality improvement measures, and serve as a consultant at all times.
Closely cooperating with design, development, cutting department, materials purchasing, and external production companies is crucial.
You will also work with external testing institutes and participate in projects with related areas such as Procurement, Sustainability, Compliance & Quality Department.
Required Experience and Skills:
* a degree in clothing technology or training as a tailor or clothing technician
* at least 2 years professional experience in production development
* very good knowledge of spoken and written English
* intercultural competence and interest in working with international producers
* ability to work independently, motivated, and resilient
* passion for fashion and lifestyle
