Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Assistant to provide essential support to the Partners Group Private Equity Goods & Products team. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the team.

Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Private Equity Goods & Products team. The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Calendar Management
Manage internal and external meeting schedules, conferences, and calls, ensuring timely and effective coordination.
* Travel Arrangements
Coordinate international and domestic travel bookings, preparing itineraries and logistics using Concur and external agencies.
* Expense Reports
Process expense reports using Concur, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
* Data Management
Maintain and update internal data and contact information in Outlook and Primera Connect.
* Invoice Processing
Review invoices from advisors and initiate payment processes using e-procure systems.
* Event Coordination
Assist with event planning, booking catering and restaurant reservations as needed.
* Candidate Management
Coordinate interviews for the team and work closely with HR Recruitment.
* Phone Support
Answer phones, screen callers, handle inquiries, and provide backup to other administrative assistants.
* Meeting Preparation
Coordinate and attend Investment committees and Business Unit meetings, preparing agendas as required.
Requirements
* Administrative Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment or high-end hospitality setting.
* Education
A relevant degree and/or equivalent experience.
* Technical Skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems.
* Personal Qualities
A proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confidentiality
The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
