As our Group Talent Intern, you will make a meaningful impact by supporting our team on global Talent strategic projects and collaborating with the Group Talent Operations Senior Manager to ensure our Talent community has a clear understanding of our tools, systems, and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate initiatives and projects that drive Talent transformation forward.
* Collaborate with the Group Talent team, Maisons, Regions & functions to create engaging materials and update toolkits for HR population.
* SUPPORT analytics and reporting initiatives, including data analysis to track successes.
* Support activities linked to Talent processes, run analysis and review on Talent programs and tools.
* Support Talent training activities on Talent and tools.
Requirements
* Educational background in Project Management, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration or similar.
* Structured and organized, with ability to handle multiple topics and manage projects.
* Proficient in technology and comfortable working with data.
* Business mindset, always thinking of opportunities to improve the status quo.
* Excellent written and oral English language skills, with an additional language a plus.
* Able to plan, coordinate and react quickly to changes, prioritize and manage workload.
* High attention to detail and commitment to a 6-month internship starting March 1st, 2025.
* Internship agreement with school/university.
