Key Responsibilities
* Enhance audience engagement by monitoring, moderating, and responding to comments; manage community interactions effectively.
* Train and lead multiple communication specialists.
* Craft compelling content collaborating with the Social Media Manager, aligning with our brand's voice and goals.
* Analyze engagement data, identify trends, and propose action plans to boost brand presence and community satisfaction.
* Collaborate with support, marketing, and product development teams for community feedback and brand consistency.
* Organize events to build community and boost brand awareness.
* Stay updated with digital technology trends and apply this knowledge to develop community engagement tactics.
Requirements
* Similar experience in communication roles.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, personalizing interactions across diverse platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn).
* Fluent English and Russian language proficiency.
* Experience in using analytics tools to monitor social media, interpret metrics, and make improvements.
* Creative thinking and innovative idea generation.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
