Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring high-quality, effective, and timely care and support for residents.
Personnel responsibility for the care and support department, including activation and training (approximately 60 employees).
Manage three team leaders in care and support, the vocational trainer, and activation specialists.
Responsible for the creation, implementation, and monitoring of concepts, workflows, and processes within the department and across departments.
Collaborate with doctors, relatives, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Support the head of the senior center in prioritizing, planning, and controlling the annual budget for the care and support department.
Qualifications Degree at a higher technical school level (HF), university of applied sciences level (FH), or university/ETH (Bachelor), supplemented by in-depth practical and implementation knowledge, ideally in long-term care, as well as solid leadership training.

You excel in coordination and organization, with a solution-oriented and structured approach to work.
Fluent German.
