Job Summary
This role encompasses various tasks that require hands-on skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently with a focus on delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and upkeep tasks, coordinating with external contractors, handling internal relocations, cleaning and maintaining the premises, including winter services, and ensuring proper waste disposal.

Shift and Scheduling Details
* The presence time of the Household Service staff is from Monday to Friday, 05:30 – 21:00, split into two shifts.
* The work shifts and the night duty are changed weekly. Night duty usually occurs every four weeks.
Requirements

* Aptitude for handiwork and technology, completion of vocational training in a related field
* Category B driving license
* Basic computer knowledge
* Vocational training in a relevant field is an advantage
