* Develop and maintain existing relationships with clients aged 45+, focusing on pension planning, as well as those in the corporate client sector, emphasizing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
* Design and sell customized solutions in areas such as long-term savings, wealth accumulation, and diversification, as well as for corporate clients.
* Pursue new business opportunities through systematic market analysis.
* Represent our company in an attractive sales region.
* Facilitate transactions with our cooperation partners.
Your Strengths
* Demonstrated sales and advisory skills.
* Holding a completed insurance industry exam (Versicherungsvermittler/-in VBV, Versicherungs- und Vorsorgeberater/-in IAF) or higher.
* Verifiable extensive sales experience in the insurance and financial sector.
* A high level of commitment, goal-oriented working style, and entrepreneurially thinking approach.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
