Human Resources Specialist (50-70%)
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to oversee HR operations across multiple countries, specifically in Switzerland and the Middle East.
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of talent acquisition, onboarding, talent management, labor law relations, and group HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy, including sourcing and building relationships with candidates.
2. Supervise onboarding and team-building efforts to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
3. Oversee performance management, talent assessment, and improvement plans to drive employee growth and development.
4. Design and deploy organizational development programs, employee orientation, training programs, benefits plans, policies, and guidelines that align with the company's strategic goals.
5. Research and consult on compensation and benefits innovation and development to stay competitive in the market.
6. Develop and implement employee retention programs and craft policies that support internal promotion and career advancement.
7. Ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies, including security, confidentiality, sustainability, and social responsibility.
8. Lead and deploy HR projects and initiatives across sites, fostering a culture that enables employees to perform in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
2. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a comprehensive HR role in Switzerland, covering talent acquisition, organizational development, employee performance evaluation, employee relations, training, and development.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
4. Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, with a demonstrated ability to serve as a successful HR counselor to leadership.
5. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
6. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to think strategically and adopt a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
