Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for space and its services, including AV equipment.
* Coordinate catering services.
* Manage invoices in the Office Service area.
* Oversee supplier management, safety protocols, and guideline implementation.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Outlook and reservation software for the hotel industry.
* Desirable skills include commercial knowledge, analytical thinking, adaptability to new technologies, and strong team collaboration and delegation abilities. Gastronomy or facilities management experience is also beneficial.
* Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
