The Exam Operations Team is responsible for the administration of the Cambridge English exams, IELTS English Exams, Goethe German exams, and TCF French exams in various cities throughout Switzerland.
Your responsibilities:
Planning and coordinating of the monthly exam schedule for approx. 200 exam staff team members (supervisors, speaking examiners, invigilators)
Forecasting of exam staff requirements
Preparing and checking of exam staff salary payments
Supporting the manager of exam operations in various projects
Your characteristics:
Excellent organisational skills
High level of attention to detail
Self-motivated and comfortable with a high degree of responsibility
Good communicator and team-player
Your qualifications:
KV with experience / HF / FH or equivalent
Proficient level of English & German (minimum CEFR level C1)
Very good IT user skills (MS Office programmes, databases etc.)
Excellent interpersonal skills will help in liaising with our exam staff and partners. As our clients rely on efficient timetabling and attention to detail, it is essential to have excellent time management and planning skills. Previous experience in project management is an advantage. We are looking for a flexible and adaptable person, comfortable with a high degree of responsibility who can work well both independently and in a team.
