On behalf of our client, a prestigious company with headquarters in Luzern, we are looking for an experienced Global Key User Finance & Process Manager.
In this role, you will continuously optimize group-wide financial processes as well as E2E processes (Procure-to-Pay and Demand-to-Cash), as well as support the global ERP Centre of Excellence. For this you will analyze, monitor, and improve existing processes, plan and implement new process solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate brings in-depth knowledge of process management, strong analytical skills, ERP knowledge, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Your responsibilities include:
* Point of contact for group-wide financial processes and general global process-related questions
* Analyze existing processes based on agreed KPIs and work closely with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities for all business processes within the company and their integration into the ERP system
* Create functional designs, conduct configuration and testing processes, and support change management initiatives
* Support onboarding of new business units: FIT/GAP analyses, presentation of global templates, documentation, and training of local Key Users
* Ensure global process harmonization and compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
* Define the account structure in line with the company’s business transactions
* Design the mapping of VAT in the financial value flow and configure accordingly in D365
* Responsible for setting up and maintaining the D365 F&O modules for fixed assets, project management, cost management, as well as configuration of the general ledger and procurement categories
* Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support for local Key Users and Super Users via the ticketing system, update training materials, and conduct training as needed
Ideally, your profile includes:
* At least 5 years of experience in finance, process management, or a similar role
* Dynamics 365 F&O Core Solution
* Signavio or other Business Process Management Tools
* Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
