We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Technology Graduate Talent Program.
You’ll get to:
1. monitor and assess Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) incidents
2. act as contact person regarding incidents for the Divisional Information Security Officers within the business divisions Asset Management, Investment Bank and Group Functions
3. identify system and rule enhancements to enhance and refine the DLP program
4. know the regulatory and legal background of Data Leakage Prevention
Your team
You’ll be working as part of the TISO (Technology Information Security Office) Data Confidentiality Protection Response team to help strengthen in-transit controls by identifying and analyzing potential data leakage or breach events. Our team is responsible for monitoring electronic information transmission towards external recipients, using the tools implemented to accomplish this task.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
1. has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
2. strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
3. result-oriented and able to manage challenging situations
4. has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
5. is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
6. is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
7. is fluent in German and English

Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of commercial strategies and opportunities for UBS. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
