Your responsibilitiesYou will be responsible for further development and optimization of the aftermarket business for the Hydraulic (AxM) division.You will be responsible to further develop and optimize a target-oriented spare part portfolio considering the business unit strategy.You will define and consistently implement a standardized pricing policy in accordance with the specifications of the component division within the LIEBHERR Group.You will gather all relevant information within the market (competitive pricing, corresponding revenue and profit) but also looking for innovative ideas to further move our aftermarket business (e.g. new or alternative service concepts).You will support the product development process with the definition of available spare parts or repair kits by having a strong focus on the aftermarket business.You will actively support the product life cycle management (pre-series, series, phase-out incl. obligation of spare part supplies).You’re always looking for an optimized portfolio in terms of a reduced variance or quantities, e.g. by offering repair kits at more attractive prices than individual parts. Same time you’re achieving a comparable higher turnover and margin.You will ensure both, a profitable growth in the aftermarket business and customers satisfaction at the same time.Your profileYou have a degree in business administration or industrial engineeringYou have experience in sales, customer service and deep knowledge in the aftermarket business, especially spare parts management and service conceptsYou are flexible, pragmatic and problem-solving oriented.You feel responsible and have the customer's satisfaction always in focus.You are reliable, willing to learn and show a high degree of initiative paired with a high customer orientation.You have very good communication skills and high social competences.Our offerCan we inspire you to take on a responsible position in a dynamic and independent family business?
