Requirements Management Engineer (f/m/d)
We are looking for a full-time Requirements Management Engineer (f/m/d) in our Zurich site.
About the Role
This position is part of our 300-strong team at the global competence center for high-performance traction technology and a development hub for locomotives, bogies, mechanical and electrical systems, as well as services for the local and global markets.
Your Responsibilities
* Establish traceability of compliance to technical requirements focusing on contract execution and fulfilment of customer requirements.
* Ensure management of tender and project requirements is performed according to the RM process and methodology, resulting in delivered products meeting contractual requirements.
* Provide necessary support and training to tender and project teams regarding requirements management (RM) process, methodology, and tool (DOORS) to perform activities requested by the process.
* Monitor and report on the status of RM activities, manage the RM database, and help engineers in their RM activities.
* Collaborate with scope owners to build requirement specifications and traceability of requirements to design and validation.
* Maintain baselines according to RM/CM processes, in cooperation with the configuration manager.
About You
We value passion and attitude over experience. A university degree in engineering and minimum three years of engineering experience, including practical involvement in projects throughout various stages of the project lifecycle, are required.
