He / She implements and influences a category management approach to continuously improve market shares and positioning of the Energizer brands in the market. By doing that he/she ensures a proper distribution and visibility of the Energizer portfolio across all relevant customers and channels. The SD oversees a team and ensures continuous development as well as high engagement. He / She also represents the company with major customers, suppliers and external contacts. The SD CH has direct responsibility for the largest customer Migros. He/she is an important member of the DACHPO LT and contributes actively to the development of the DACHPO cluster strategy.ResponsibilitiesCreate a vision for the market and strategies to get thereP&L management incl.
