Job main responsibilities This person will participate in the trainee Program (15 months) and will be working on several marketing projects within the Polymers segment on the following topics: Support the organization of international trade fairs, including efficient lead tracking Act as an internal ambassador to maintain Omya's strong reputation at key events in the polymers industry Create eye-catching designs and multimedia content using several tools to drive business priorities Develop cohesive communication materials across brochures, social media, and the website to strengthen brand recognition and visual consistency Support managing relationships with external vendors to coordinate high-quality graphics, video content, and photoshoots Oversee and maintain the events calendar, tracking all regional events and lead generation opportunities centrally Collaborate closely with Corporate Marketing (MSE) to align and streamline communication efforts for the Polymers segment The position is aiming to bring added knowledge within the organization thanks to today's knowledge from university and also through skills from a younger g eneration. Understanding and utilizing project management methodologies in the design, testing and implementation of the station projects Lead the projects for each station in an autonomous way Contact and collaborate where necessary with internal teams for project work and manage them accordingly, following a cross-functional m indset Candidate profile requirements Degree in Economics, Marketing or Communications Strong writing skills with knowledge of creating social media posts Creative, organized, critical, and detail-oriented in your work approach Reliable and disciplined, with good project management skills and the ability to organize and meet deadlines Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Fluent in English (written and spoken).
