Key activities:
1. Drive strategic and operational projects for Client Solutions across capital raising, investor relations and product management
2. Plan, prepare and coordinate analyses and convincing, appealing PowerPoint presentations for the Executive Team, the Board of Directors, department meetings and senior management. Act as secretary in meetings of sub-committees of the Executive Team
3. Act as the central point of contact for analyses involving fundraising statistics and key performance indicators (procuring relevant data and producing meaningful outputs and insights for senior leadership within the department and the firm more broadly)
4. Drive budgeting and business planning cycles for Client Solutions, in partnership with Business Department Heads and internal stakeholders, including product planning, goal setting, financial value creation, cost planning, compensation, office/hiring planning, etc.
5. Partner with HR to recruit for and drive the global Client Solutions Financial Analyst Program
6. Partner with Business Applications to agree on IT development priorities for the Client Solutions department, including the assessment, vendor selection and rollout of new software solutions
7. Establish a strong collaboration with other business managers across departments as well as Compliance to optimize internal processes and support in the regulatory oversight of the Firm's fundraising activities

8. Top academic credentials with a coursework emphasis on Business Administration, Accounting, Finance and/or Economics
9. Minimum three years' of relevant working experience, preferably within business management and in the financial industry or consulting
10. Strong and proven project management skills and the ability to deliver on multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
11. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
12. Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external senior stakeholders in a polished, professional manner in English
13. Self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize concurrent workstreams
14. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; intermediate knowledge of Business Intelligence (e.g. QlikSense) is preferred
15. Ability to design and configure reports, software user-experience and interface based on business requirements
16. Humble and focused on the shared success of the organization and its investors
