Senior FP&A Analyst (m/f/x)

To strengthen their FP&A team, we are exclusively supporting them in the search for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join and grow with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a business partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimisation across diverse markets.
2. Support Group FP&A Director with the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes, focusing on top-line revenue drivers.
3. Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
4. Support country FP&A teams with in-depth financial analysis on revenue performance, cost optimization, and identifying mitigating actions.
5. Deliver comprehensive financial reports and dashboards, clearly communicating key performance drivers along with risks and opportunities.
6. Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to align financial objectives with business strategies, ensuring profitable growth and cost efficiency.
7. Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring alignment with top-line targets and cost optimisation goals.
8. Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and insight generation.
What you bring:
Technical skills:
1. Professional qualification (e.g., CIMA or ACCA).
2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a Scientific discipline (e.g. Chemistry).
3. Several years of FP&A and/or commercial experience with solid ability to read P&L and Cash Flow statements.
4. Proven experience navigating complex matrix environments with multiple stakeholders and short deadlines.
5. Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting with some level of reporting commentary.
6. Expertise in Excel (complex lookups, if statements and Pivot tables) and PowerPoint with good knowledge of PowerBI or other BI tools.
7. Understanding of data structure with the ability leverage AI tools to automate processes.
