Job Description: Financial & Industrial Performance Management
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Actuals, Forecasts, and Budget to Corporate, providing key insights for decision-making.
Monitor and analyze industrial performance, identifying trends and improvement areas.
Track and report key Operations KPIs, supporting continuous performance enhancement.
Coordinate and lead Operations Review processes, ensuring alignment between financial objectives and operational execution.
Act as a key business partner for the local plant team, providing financial insights to drive progress and efficiency.
Conduct in-depth analysis of production variances and productivity trends to optimize cost structures.
Review and analyze monthly deviations versus Budget and Prior Year, proposing corrective actions when needed.
Cost Management & Controlling
Oversee inventory valuation and monthly standard cost updates.
Calculate and maintain hourly rates on an annual basis, ensuring accurate cost allocation.
Maintain and optimize SAP allocation cycles to improve cost transparency.
Strategic Planning & Forecasting
Support data preparation and analysis for Budget and Forecast processes.
Lead the elaboration of the Industrial Budget and Forecast, ensuring alignment with corporate financial objectives.
Participate in strategic financial planning to optimize cost structures and resource allocation.
Process Optimization & Special Projects
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial and operational processes, fostering a culture of efficiency and cost control.
Support the design and implementation of new processes to enhance financial reporting and industrial controlling practices.
Lead or support key strategic projects related to Controlling and Operations, such as Lot Size Review, Cycle Review, and Stock Take.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master degree in Accounting, Controlling, Finance or Economics.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Financial Controlling.
Strong expertise in Industrial Controlling with a proven ability to drive financial performance in an operational environment.
Fluent in English and French.
Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels, with a goal-oriented, proactive, and pragmatic approach.
Experience with SAP (CO, FI) is mandatory; knowledge of Hyperion (HFM) is a plus.
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for operational teams.
Team player with a strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset.
