Independent trustee company based in Switzerland and specialised in trust set-up and administration services.
Tasks
1. Manage a mixed portfolio of structures (such as trusts, investment companies, foundations, private trust companies) for internationally oriented clients and entrepreneurial groups.
2. Develop working relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal contacts to maximise client retention.
3. Work directly with the end-clients, their lawyers, tax advisers, bankers, accountants, registered agents, and other third parties to ensure the proper administration of the structures.
4. Implementation of fiduciary solutions in cooperation with legal and tax advisors.
5. Ensure financial and non-financial targets are met in order to maintain a sustainable fiduciary business.
6. Take part in events as a speaker, if needed.
7. Provide support to the Legal and Compliance Office.
8. Stay up-to-date with the regulations and trends in the industry.
Requirements
1. Professional experience preferably in trustee companies with international clientele exposure, or, alternatively, experience in the private department of legal firms or wealth planning in banking institutions, joining a senior position.
2. Strong knowledge of Trust instruments, their application, and benefits.
3. Good understanding of the relevant laws of the local jurisdiction.
4. Excellent English language skills; knowledge of German is an advantage.
5. Strong interpersonal skills combined with an independent working style.
6. Well organised and ability to deal with conflicting demands under pressure.
7. Outgoing personality and confident to speak to end clients.
8. Capacity to understand both clients' and our firm's needs.
9. Team player, open-minded, and pragmatic.
10. TEP member is a plus.
