Job Description: Reporting directly to the CPO Director, your main responsibility will be to build and set up a transactional call center dedicated to second-hand watches using a scalable model to be rolled out in multiple regions.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer relations across international Client Relationship Centers (CRCs). You will oversee CRC teams in various regions and ensure that customer service strategies are uniformly applied and tailored to local needs.
Solution design: Define the end-to-end experience allowing customers to enquire about and remotely purchase second-hand watches.
System integration: In close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external solution providers, follow the integration of the solution and ensure its successful go live in due date.
Hiring and training: Define commercial forecasts and support the local teams with the associated hiring and training needs to ensure a successful go-live and gradual ramp up.
International expansion: Propose a high-level plan to roll out the service internationally.
KPIs: Define and track success metrics to measure the success of the call center performance data and propose improvements based on trends and customer feedback.
Qualifications: You have a Master degree in Business Administration or you are graduated from a Business school or equivalent.
You have minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in customer service management and customer relations. An experience within the watch / luxury sector is an asset.
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an understanding of the luxury watchmaking clientele.
You show ability to lead and motivate multicultural teams in the luxury industry.
You have got analytical skills to interpret performance data and propose solutions tailored to the luxury watch market.
You demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing customers and market needs in the luxury watch sector.
Proficiency in English and French and additional language skills may be an asset.
