Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact and coordination with GBS Team and auditors for CertIQ-related matters.
* Prepare client offers in accordance with established guidelines.
* Coordinate audits and manage deadlines within the CertIQ platform.
* Maintain accurate records in the CertIQ database and CRM system.
* Address and resolve client issues efficiently.
* Communicate with clients prior to and after audits.
* Approve auditor invoices in a timely manner.
* Upload relevant documents to Sharepoint and ePac platforms.
* Provide vacation coverage for other back office employees as needed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a commercial field, with advanced training a plus.
* Several years of experience in a similar position.
* Fluent proficiency in German and English languages.
* Proficiency in modern PC applications.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and accuracy.
* Team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
