Responsibilities
* Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations to identify inefficiencies
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
* Analyze large datasets to extract trends and insights
* Develop strategies to enhance business processes, improving efficiency and reducing costs
* Design innovative solutions that address business challenges and align with company goals
* Manage and coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
* Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
* Create comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and project plans
* Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
* Solid experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a telecom or ISP
* Expertise in sales pipeline management tools, CRM, and customer care tools
* Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL
* Experience with business process modeling and project management
* Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies advantageous
* Certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management advantageous
* Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German advantageous
