Leading the Team with Store and Assistant Store Manager
* Recruit new employees according to a predefined profile, in agreement with HR and retail manager.
* Integrate and train new employees.
* Pass on our brand passion to the team, to continuously evolve customer service.
* Aid coworkers in acquiring new skills and employment during sales (selling skills, products, visual merchandising).
* Organize and execute meetings in collaboration with store and assistant store manager.
* Evaluate the performance, skills, and development of each coworker through regular MAGs, etc.
* Maintain attention to coworkers (praise success, discuss problems), to build trust and resolve issues.
* Take on a neutral role/referee in case of conflicts.
* Organize regular meetings (at least once a week).

* Organize and execute presentations, respecting merchandising norms and guidelines (adapt to changes, depending on the store).
Leading the Store with Store and Assistant Store Manager
* Manage contracts and plans, adhering to all social rules and labor law norms.
* Optimize expenditures that impact the operating statement (office supplies, telephone, etc.).
* Serve as a role model, ensuring strict compliance with the cash register manual and procedures regarding money handling (bank statements, cash register status, etc.).
* Analyze results based on collections and indicators, to create a plan.
* Ensure information flow and direct it to the hierarchy.
Store Organization with Store and Assistant Store Manager
* Ensure the store remains in perfect condition, with necessary materials maintained.
* Monitor organization and cleaning of the material reserve and back office, following the defined process.
* Handle logistical tasks (qualitative and quantitative control of deliveries, unpacking packages, placing wares in the store).
* Apply and respect product specifications (process for falsely delivered items, transfers, defective items, returns, etc.).
* Confirm ware-orders and ensure optimal replenishment of wares, based on stock analysis.
