Job Title: Junior Product Manager HPFB
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Product Manager to join the Central Product Management team of AMMEGA in Switzerland.
About the Role (70%):
1. Monitor competitors to stay informed about market trends and product developments.
2. Create and maintain reference lists to support product development and sales efforts.
3. Maintain up-to-date price lists to ensure accurate pricing information.
4. Organize training sessions, including webinars and on-site meetings, to educate colleagues and customers about products and services.
5. Participate in daily SQDIP meetings to discuss product-related topics and address customer concerns.
6. Create and revise training modules and technical documentation to support product knowledge and customer education.
About the Tools & Fabrication Role (30%):
1. Evaluate splicing parameters to optimize product performance and quality.
2. Fabricate endless test belts for the R&D department to test new products and materials.
3. Process test new adhesives to ensure compatibility and quality.
4. Create instructions for fabrication processes, including film sequences and process descriptions.
5. Maintain article master data for joining instructions and other related information.
6. Maintain the Share Point Fabrication Corner, ensuring it remains up-to-date and accessible.
7. Assess errors in fabrication complaints to identify areas for improvement.
8. Organize and conduct training courses and fabrication training to educate colleagues and customers.
9. Provide support for spare parts and tools.
10. Collaborate with AB Tooling to develop new tooling and provide input on wish lists.
11. Set special prices for products and services.
12. Support CE conformity efforts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
1. Technical education with further commercial training (e.g., technical salesperson/sales/marketing).
2. Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
3. Fluency in written and spoken German and English; additional languages are an asset.
4. A calm and composed character with commercial skills, including independence, efficiency, pragmatism, networked thinking, manual dexterity, hands-on mentality, affinity for technical and qualitative products/processes, diligence, and teamwork.
5. Proficiency in all MS Office programs, with initial experience in an international environment being an advantage.
