Challenge: Millions of tons of textiles end up in landfills and combustion plants worldwide every year. Despite high demand for recycled clothing, currently only 1% of used textiles are recycled back into fibers.
Solution: Our innovative recycling technology separates, cleans, and extracts polyester and cotton from end-of-life textiles, producing Circular Polyester and Forest-friendly Cellulose.

We're looking for a skilled Chemical Process Engineer to lead process development and engineering alongside our new Accelerator plant construction in Winterthur, Switzerland.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage process development and engineering
* Oversee equipment manufacturing, installation, and commissioning
* Ensure timely project execution
* Drive scale-up of chemical recycling processes to commercial levels
Profile: You should enjoy working in an international team and have a flexible approach to problem-solving. You look forward to planning, organizing, and executing projects independently on time and budget. You should bring:
* Master's Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
* 5+ years of experience in process engineering
* Operational experience in chemical, oil and gas, or polymer processing industries
* Ability to work with process simulation software, e.g., Pro-II
* Fluent in English and possible German language skills
* Experience in Switzerland is a plus
* Willingness to travel for trials within the EU, UK, and Switzerland
* Flexible working hours and flat hierarchies
