ASTAs diverse membership includes travel advisors as well as the companies whose products they sell, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and car rental companies. Among ASTAs members are the countrys largest corporate travel management companies (TMCs), responsible for moving workforces and facilitating global commerce. The Senior Manager, ASTA Corporate will drive ASTAs expansion and influence in the corporate travel sector by strengthening industry engagement, advocacy efforts, and thought leadership. Working closely with the EVP, this role will collaborate with Travel Management Companies (TMCs), corporate travel buyers, and agencies to shape policy discussions, develop impactful programs, and execute key initiatives. Responsibilities Industry Engagement Advocacy Strengthen ASTAs engagement with corporate travel stakeholders, including TMCs, corporate travel buyers, and agencies, fostering a unified and influential voice within the industry. Serve as a trusted liaison for corporate travel members, actively gathering insights on emerging industry trends, challenges, and best practices. Support the development of industry reports, white papers, and advocacy materials to reinforce ASTAs leadership in corporate travel. Collaborate with industry partners and internal teams to identify growth opportunities and strategies that enhance ASTAs corporate travel influence. Assist in policy and regulatory discussions, ensuring that ASTA represents the best interests of corporate travel stakeholders. Operational Support Provide comprehensive support to the EVP, including scheduling meetings, preparing strategic reports, tracking budgets, and coordinating department activities. Manage key documentation, correspondence, and records related to corporate travel initiatives, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Assist in planning and executing industry events, advisory committees, working groups, roundtables, handling logistics, agenda development, and follow up actions.
