- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely completion.
- Manage budgets for various projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Organize and coordinate events, from small meetings to large corporate gatherings, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
