The Research Manager will have the following main responsibilities:
* Work very closely together with other team members as well as vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects for key international clients
* Contribute to client meetings and interface with clients on project related matters under guidance of senior team members
* Liaise with vendors, manage, and monitor fieldwork
* Analyze quantitative data and help craft compelling narratives and visually engaging presentations that showcase Ipsos's thought leadership
* Attend and participate in client presentations
* Support other project team members in client servicing during the project cycle
* Become an expert in Innovation research, learning Ipsos methodologies and philosophy to be seen as a trusted Innovation advisor.
Desired qualifications, skills and experiences:
* University degree preferably in marketing/market research, social sciences, communication sciences or similar
* A first experience in market research is expected, ideally 2-years including intern/apprenticeships within Market research agencies
* Strong numerical, analytical and organizational skills
* Experience or strong interest in the Innovation field: product testing, concept and pack….
* Accountable for actions, commitment to meeting the expectations
* Ability to deliver outstanding attention and services to the client.
* Ability to work in a team, flexibility and creativity
* Collaborative and supportive mindset
* Quick learner and independent in the context of an activity
* Excellent English skills, French / German is an advantage
