For our estimated client, we are looking for a junior professional to be hired in a training administrative function.
TASKS:
* Assist in the preparation and development of scientific programmes for events.
* Manage Scientific Committees and invited speakers, including coordinating meetings and travel arraangements.
* Support abstract management, including submission processes and communication with presenters.
* Help with the preparation and updating of online programmes and event-related communications.
* Collaborate with external agencies for travel, accommodation, and other logistical needs.
* Provide general administrative support to the department, including meeting minutes and expense reimbursement processing.
SKILLS:
* A degree or professional administrative experience in an office environment.
* Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken at C2 level)
* Experience in event management or interest in scientific publications
