Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager for Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and establishing strategic partnerships within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and enhance market penetration.
2. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, understand the competitive landscape, and monitor industry trends. Adjust strategies based on competitor activities.

Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Sales Experience: Demonstrated sales management experience, preferably within the industrial automation or electronics sectors.
3. Market Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the Belgian market and experience in managing direct competitors.
