Step into a position embedded in our dynamic International Client Marketing team, which is composed of 4 core pillars: Client Services, Client Relations, Client Insights and Client Data & Knowledge.
Within the International Client Services team, as International Client Services Performance Senior Project Manager you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the Maison’s Client Services strategies. Your focus will be on monitoring and analysing Client Services activities, and making strategic recommendations to enhance Client Services operational efficiency and design specific action plans.

The position requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of central, regional, and local Client Services strategies in the luxury industry.
You will collaborate closely with teams across Client Marketing, Operations, Manufactures, Finance, Product Marketing and Richemont, and report directly to the International Client Services and Performance Manager.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Monitor Client Services Activities
* Deliver insightful monthly Activity Reports and share them with a broad internal audience of key stakeholders.
* Provide targeted analysis for the Presidency, EXCO, and cross-departmental initiatives.
* Act as the go-to expert for CS Activity Data for all international departments, regions, and markets at Cartier, and for Richemont.
- Analyse Results and Propose Recommendations
- Identify key performance indicators and create impactful reports to present actionable insights, tailored to various audiences.
- Uncover strategic and technical improvement levers to elevate Client Services performance, in line with Cartier’s high standards.
- Operate and Enhance Reporting tools
* Develop strategic dashboards and build reports in collaboration with the Client Data & Knowledge and Client Relations teams.
* Address technical bugs and oversee the testing phases of new dashboards and functionalities.
* Ensure data accuracy within the tools and manage access permissions.
- Continuous Improvements and Global Enhancements
* Lead the charge on CS Explore in Looker, identifying and gathering enhancement needs
* Train stakeholders across Central, Regional, and Market levels.
* Support markets in the analysis and adoption of tools, aiding in data extraction and interpretation of KPIs.
- Contribute to Strategic Planning and P&L
- Support the creation and update of the Client Services P&L and Operational Efficiency dashboards by providing insights on the drivers behind the figures
- Make recommendations to improve Client Services Operational Efficiency while optimizing resources.

Education
Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Economics or from a top-tier Business School.
Required experience
* 5 years of relevant professional experience in Business Reporting
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience in complex Projects Management, Finance, or Management Control in a global context is a plus
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and transversal projects
* Exceptional organizational and project management skills
* Fluency in English is mandatory
