Job overview:
We are looking for a passionate marketing professional to join our Marketing team. As the Brand Communications Sr. Manager for Popeyes EMEA, you will define & deliver the Brand Strategy for the region, working in partnership with our global, regional and local teams to build a brand that is timely in culture and delivers the best products for our guests around the region.
Your responsibilities:
* Strategic Brand Leadership: Contribute to defining brand priorities across the EMEA region by actively partnering with Global marketing teams, field teams and Local Franchisees to ensure consistency. Develop and execute brand strategies in alignment with global guidelines and regional market needs.
* Creative and Campaign Guidance: Guide franchisees through the creative briefing process and support the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and visual identity across all channels.
* Brand Consistency: Oversee the implementation of Popeyes’ new visual identity across the region, managing project plans and working closely with franchisees and suppliers to adapt and approve assets for a cohesive brand experience.
* Market Entry and Expansion: Lead brand development and go-to-market strategies for new market entries, coordinating with local, regional, and global teams to manage guest and market research, define menu architecture, and deliver brand assets and product pipelines.
* Consumer Insights and Market Research: Lead consumer insight and market research, working closely with franchisees and marketing teams to understand category trends, brand performance, target audience needs, and communication effectiveness.
* Budget Management: Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to priority projects and maximizing brand impact within allocated budgets.
Your skills & experience:
* Bachelor or Master's degree in business administration and/or marketing.
* 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management field.
* Strong knowledge of marketing from insights through communications.
* Relevant experience in the EMEA region.
* High analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills.
* Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong time-management and organizational skills and high attention to detail.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to relate to Franchise Owners and team members of multiple levels.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Fluent business English.
