We currently have an opportunity for an Account Manager/Account Director in our Geneva, CH location.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Target new business opportunities within assigned enterprise organizations in your geographic territory.
2. Research target accounts and develop prospecting campaigns.
3. Dive deep in understanding their business and the potential for business alignment.
4. Go high-and-wide within enterprise organizations to understand the full scope of opportunity.
5. Lead entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to finalizing opportunity outcome, including prospecting campaigns, driving the discovery process at meetings with both prospects and clients, forecasting, selling with Value Framework, and ultimately closing the deal.
6. Engage with Mavericx partners and ecosystem in support of sales opportunities.
7. Participate in internal team meetings to collaborate with supporting ecosystem on opportunities, resolve customer issues, share best practices, and work with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
2. Field sales experience at an Enterprise software/SaaS organization or Consultancy firm.
3. Experience in startup, high-growth companies and/or clearly articulated passion for entrepreneurial environments.
4. Strong digital experience, from UX over CRM to RPA and AI, with a detour on websites and Interactive applications.
5. Demonstrated experience creating opportunities within large strategic accounts.
6. Develop strong connections and extend network within the client’s organization.
7. Demonstrated experience selling complex business applications/technology solutions at the C-Suite level in Switzerland.
8. Proven top performer (consistently exceeds targets).
9. Fluent in French and English.
