Our Nordic business has been growing successfully over recent years and we are therefore looking for a dynamic and team-orientated junior sales /client servicing person.
As a member of our Nordic team, you will be part of a diverse team servicing our growing investor base and helping develop our business activities. Being guided by our broader corporate strategy and values, you will actively contribute to client servicing and sales activities in the Nordic region.
The Nordic investor base consists of pension funds, insurers, family offices, banks and wealth managers for whom we are managing around $5bn. Our Nordic clients are primarily invested in alternatives such as private equity, private credit, hedge funds, ILS, multi-alternatives and various semi-liquid offerings. We have a genuine long-standing commitment to ESG integration across our platform and are seeing increasingly strong interest for our impact related strategies.
In this role, you will:
•Play an important role in the collaboration with internal stakeholders and functions such as investment teams, reporting, marketing & communication, structuring, ESG-team, legal and compliance;
•Maintain and serve our existing key client relationships;
•Prepare client events and road shows including presentations on investment topics, investment solutions and reviews of existing investment strategies;
•Support us in different business development projects and in handling various inquiries regarding LGT Capital Partners investment products;
•Coordinate and support requests for proposals, organize due diligence meetings and support the onboarding teams;
•Represent our company at various road shows and client events primarily throughout the Nordic region;
•Help develop and strengthen newer client relationships within the institutional and wealth management space.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
•Bachelor or master's degree; further education in finance like CFA, CIIA, CAIA or similar is a plus;
•Min. 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience at an asset manager, a bank or similar financial institution;
•Good understanding of alternative investments, traditional asset classes and their role in the portfolio;
•Knowledge of the Nordic market and existing relationships with clients would be a plus;
•Ideally native speaker of minimum one Nordic language with proficient English skills;
•Open-minded, pro-active personality with a convincing collaboration spirit;
•High level of service orientation with strong communication skills;
•Competent and confident appearance;
